WE HAVE SUSPENDED OUR VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITED SPACE.
Colleagues at LOCAL TUTOR voted to work with SAAYA to improve numeracy standards in the local community. Saaya will be the primary beneficiary of our volunteer programme, which includes volunteering, pro bono, and thought leadership opportunities.
Working with Saaya, Our Key Stage 2 Maths and Literacy Tutoring Programmes gave sixty most able year 3, 4 5 and 6 pupils the chance to thrive in a supportive yet challenging environment. Our teachers helped small groups for two hours a week over the course of a term in school, helping them reach their academic potential and become independent and resilient learners before they leave KS2.
